Changes are afoot at St Ann’s House Bed and Breakfast Salisbury, the well-known Bed and Breakfast in the centre of Salisbury. Since the 1st of March 2017, David and Lebo Hardingham have taken over operations at the establishment in St Ann Street, which has been welcoming guests for the last ten years. The site has been used as an Inn since 1810.
David, who has been in Salisbury for 30 years, is closely associated with local business Dinghams in Salisbury and Winchester. St Ann’s House Bed and Breakfast Salisbury is a family business in the true sense of the word, with ‘David and his wife Lebo, joined by their 3 daughters Kim, Ting and Lindo
The location of the Georgian property has long been favoured by visitors in the business community who want to stay somewhere central, but enjoy the personal attention of the owners and the convenience of staying in a relaxed, informal environment. David describes it as a priority to engage with local businesses to provide their visiting employees and guests with a personal touch not available from larger hotels in the city.
David and Lebo are keen to encourage their visiting guests to spend more time in the city and visit more than just Stonehenge. Favourites include the Magna Carta in the Cathedral, Wilton House, Old Sarum, Avebury, Mompesson House and recommend a visit to the excellent Salisbury Museum in the Close, as well as the excellent local restaurants and pubs.
“Salisbury and the area have a lot to offer guests from abroad and we are happy to spend more time with them to extol the virtues of the amazing places of historical interest in the area.”
David and Lebo and their team extend a warm welcome to old and new guests.
